Our 2017 Shiraz is a medium-bodied red, produced with care and meticulous attention. By treating the grapes with the respect they deserve, we’ve created a wine that is balanced, thoroughly drinkable, and not so heavy that you’ll need to tap out after a single glass. With more shiraz grapes being grown in Australia than any other variety, we know how much Aussies enjoy their shiraz, and we’re confident you’ll love this one too.

GROWING SEASON: Great spring and summer rains which was finished by a warm dry autumn
WINEMAKING: 100% destemmed, natural ferment, time in old oak for texture
FOOD MATCH: A good wine to stand up to some heavier dishes- braised lamb shoulder and a good quality steak come to mind
